These terms of Use are entered into by and between You and Modpackker (“we” or “us”). The following terms and conditions, with any documents that explicitly state being part of our Terms of Use, govern your access and use of our services as a guest or registered user, not limited to our site and with any content or functionality offered by us.

Jurisdiction
Section titled “Jurisdiction”All legal matters related to our Terms of Use or services and any claim shall be governed in accordance with the internal laws of Italy. Any legal suit, action or proceeding shall be disputed exclusively in the courts of Italy, although we retain the right to bring any action against you for violation of the Terms of Use in your country of residence or any other relevant country. You waive any objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
Claims limitations
Section titled “Claims limitations”Any cause of action or claim related to our Terms of Use or services must be disputed within 1 year after the cause of action; otherwise, such cause of action or claim is permanently invalid.
